A one-hour, instructor-led circuit workout using dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, and cardio equipment to give a simple but effective strength and conditioning workout. This plan includes a $50 introductory offer to start anytime and attend daily sessions Monday-Friday until May 21, 2024.
